Golden State Farm Credit Scholarship Program
Golden State Farm Credit offers scholarships to graduating high school seniors and full-time college students within our territories of service, studying agriculture at a college/university or attending a trade school to obtain a certification that will serve the agricultural industry. The 2022 Golden State Farm Credit Scholarship Application process is closed. Check back in January 2023 for application.

Golden State Farm Credit Scholarship Application
Golden State Farm Credit, ACA (GSFC) offers a scholarship program to high school seniors and students currently enrolled in college courses with plans to enroll in the Fall 2022/Spring 2023 academic year. The scholarship is available to students who reside in one of the Golden State Farm Credit territories: Butte, Glenn, Fresno, Kings, Shasta, Tehama, Trinity, and Tulare counties and majoring in agriculture.
In order to be considered for the GSFC scholarship, applicants must:
- Qualify under one of the following:
- Be a high school senior graduating in the spring of the current year, OR
- Be a high school graduate from a school within the chartered territory of Golden State Farm Credit, ACA, OR
- Have parents who are current customers of Golden State Farm Credit, ACA
- Be enrolling at a college/university or trade school as a full time student in the fall of the current year with a declared major related to agriculture
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.0
All applications must include the following in order to be considered:
- Completed online application
- Unofficial copy of current transcripts (attached to the online form)
- Two letters of recommendation (attached to the online form)
No late applications will be accepted. Scholarship winners will be notified at the end of April and will be given details on how to provide required documentation of Fall 2022 enrollment and major in order to receive scholarship funds. GSFC scholarships will only be awarded to students once during their academic career.
